Pancakes:

Waffles:
- PREHEAT waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes.
- MIX together all ingredients same as above adding additional
1⁄2 cup milk. - FOLLOW waffle iron manufactures instructions for measuring
and cooking waffle.
OPTIONS: TO MAKE EGG RE-PLACER* FOR 1 EGG:
Mix 1 tbsp chia seeds/flax seed powder with 3 tbsp of water and let
sit for 15 min or 40 ml coconut milk.
