Aarti Sarin Jain is an avid baker based in New Delhi. She is the founder and CEO of Baking From My Heart's business that is manufactures a range of gluten-free products for institutional buyers in India.

Aarti discovered the joys of a gluten-free living after her elder kid was diagnosed with Celiac Disease. At that point, she discovered that there was limited availability of high-quality gluten-free products in India. For the first couple of years, Aarti imported food ingredients from the US. Then, Aarti decided to create her own line of products.

After a long period of experimentation, Aarti has perfected her line of products that do not compromise on either taste or quality. In various blind tests, Aarti’s line of products are regularly considered to be superior to any global alternative. Aarti’s passion has now motivated her to institutionalize her interest in baking, and to turn it into a business that now provides gluten-free products to a range of leading luxury hotels in India such as the Leela, the Oberoi etc.

Baking From My Heart’s goal is to spread a personal lifestyle and mantra for happy living. Her philosophy is ‘to live life gluten free and King size’. She lives in New Delhi with a wonderful husband and three delightful children.

Aarti has a strong background in hospitality and the corporate sector. She started with ‘The Oberoi Group Of Hotels’ in the senior management program, and then worked in sales and marketing with leading companies such as STAR TV and Yum! Brands. She is a Celiac/ Gluten Free coach, and a regular columnist for NDTV Food, Doctor NDTV, Kidsstoppress.com and other publications.
