Wholesome bread is at the heart of all loving homes…this is how my kids start their mornings…
The texture, structure, and flavor is perfect
2 1⁄4 TEASPOON
1 1⁄2 CUP
1 1/4 TEASPOON
Bread Machine :
PRE-SET bread machine to basic/gluten free
PROOF yeast in 95 C - 100 C water for 5 minutes with 1/4tsp sugar.
WHISK together oil, eggs, honey, vinegar in a jug.
POUR the yeast mixture and egg mixture into the bread machine panand add bread mix.
BAKE as per bread cycle and let the bread cool completely.
PREHEAT oven to 180 C / 350 C.
PROOF yeast in 95 C -100 C water for 5 minutes with 1/4tsp
WHISK together oil, eggs, honey and vinegar in a jug.
POUR the yeast mixture and egg mixture into a freestanding
mixing bowl/ bowl with a handle mixer add the bread mix in two
parts mixing continuously till mixed completely.
POUR the bread a greased pan and smooth the top with some
PROOF for 1 hour till doubled in size.
BAKE for 1 hour till completely done. Let the bread cool for an hour
OPTIONS: TO MAKE EGG RE-PLACER* FOR 1 EGG:
Mix 1 tbsp chia seeds/flax seed powder with 3 tbsp of water and let
sit for 15 min or 40 ml coconut milk.
SAVE FOR ANOTHER DAY:
