PANCAKE MIX

1 1/4 CUP

EGGS OR
EGGS REPLACER*

OIL

MILK

VANILLA
EXTRACT

1 EGG

1 CUP

1 TEASPOON

1 TABLESPOON

Pancakes:

  • HEAT griddle and lightly grease it or pan over medium heat.

  • WHISK Egg or egg replacer with oil, milk and vanilla extract.

  • MIX flour mixture till the mixture firms up slightly into the milk mixture. If it is lumpy add a bit more milk to make it a smooth pouring consistency.

  • POUR 1⁄4 cup portions onto the hot griddle or pan.

  • COOK until bubbly, then flip and let cook until done, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  • SERVE immediately.

Waffles:

  • PREHEAT waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes.

  • MIX together all ingredients same as above adding additional 1⁄2 cup milk.

  • FOLLOW waffle iron manufactures instructions for measuring and cooking waffle.

OPTIONS: TO MAKE EGG RE-PLACER* FOR 1 EGG:

Mix 1 tbsp chia seeds/flax seed powder with 3 tbsp of water and let sit for 15 min or 40 ml coconut milk.

SAVE FOR ANOTHER DAY:

Our mixes don’t contain any preservatives, so once made store
your treats in the fridge or freezer.

INGREDIENTS:

Blend of (Brown Rice, Buckwheat/Kuttu, Potato Starch, Xanthum Gum ) Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon Powder and Castor Sugar.
